        • Avid fan from Cebuuuu~!!! 😀 😀 😀 awww we’re so glad you’re still here with us! it’s been hard to get back on the recap train after MDSY — it was such a draining project, and i had trouble finding a show that i actually wanted to recap… but i think i’m finally ready to get back to work! ^^ i’m still in korea right now, but once i get back home, i believe i’ll start up serious gardening again! 😉 i haven’t decided yet which show(s) i’ll be covering, but “jang ok-jung” is defs near the top of the list — and your input is most certainly taken into consideration to bump “jang ok-jung” up!! 😀 😀

    I am very happy to have found this site when I am looking out for My daughter Seoyoung.

    I have never watch a kdrama in this manner ( i always start watching from episode 3 onwards as kdrama is kind of “longer than needed” in the first 3 epi)

    But this story ….i happened to be at home and was killing time, this story put me in a mode where i HAVE to follow closely to be able to understand the daughter(seoyoung) life completely along the story line…

    To me personally ,the story opened many wounds and helping me to recover from my past…was so amazed that how on earth …the script writter can write something like that with such ’emotional heights’ from a daughter views.

    I personally feel that only those who had been through the similar episode from what seoyoung had gone through can fully understand on why seoyoung had to take such ‘paths’.

    Yes, those who had never encounter such misfortunes will blame seoyoung…why so?? after all they are family and the father that brings you to this world.

    Life can be cruel for certain people, there is always smooth going or ugly side of things in our lifetime. I can’t put in words how to describe LIFE…but it will be something to be learnt along as we grow old.

    From time to time we see things/happenings in different views at different stages…This is soley my views..I don’t insist other to think like me either.

    Lastly, i found myself laughing aloud when i read your recaps(your views) in between the story line.

    I must admit that I really enjoyed reading your site and big thanks to all your hard work put in this story from your time slot…it must be taxing !!

    • just like to share…on epi 39 ,

      These father and daughter conversation sends me into deep thoughts and how things unfold in this manner…it is hard to point fingers in real life when events happened at that point of time.

      This is what I refer to life can be hard and cruel for some…if seoyoung stays put …her fate will be different and many things might have lay out differently for her family.

      Regardless what steps seoyoung take, she will blame herself and she will be blamed. Life is so hard in this story for seoyoung.

  12. It’s been a long while since MDS ended. I’m watching it again on gooddrama.net. Never get tired of it (it will be the second time) apart from the TV series. Enjoyed your recaps on MDS so much it made me understand the story better. What’s your present/next project?

    I’m so glad to have found your blog while I was searching for recaps/reviews of MDSY. I was totally clueless about this drama until I saw a clip from Family Outing and discovered my new found bias Park Hae Jin and kept searching of his dramas…then I found MDSY! Coincidence perhaps that this drama is also currently airing in my country (I’m from the Philippines, btw :D) but since it airs while I’m at work, I just can’t watch. That is why I kept on searching for recaps and streams (via dramacrazy). I know I’m pretty late in being crazy for this drama but I just want to say my deepest gratitude for your beautiful recaps/screen peaks! Thank you! I’m a fan of Ho Jeong-Sang Woo couple and your recaps means a lot in satisfying my cravings for their sweet and innocent love…keke! 😀
